Upon conclusion of the initial market research, design and leasing strategy stages of our services, if it appears that a food hall is the right tenant for your asset, we offer two paths forward:
Either we sign a master lease on the entire food hall area agreeing to a base rent and a fair division of the turnover rent
If the landlord seeks to capture more of the upside turnover rent, we sign asset management agreements to operate the food hall on behalf of the owner.
